Basic Navigation and Safety Training Course (RYA)

This is the first step if you want to crew on both power and sailing vessels or if are involved in diving, fishing, canoeing or water skiing.

This beginners course is a great introduction to all those who have a desire to navigate and be safe on the sea.

This syllabus includes all the Charts, Buoyage, Basic Navigation, Safety, Anchoring, Tides, Rules of the Road, Weather, Pilotage, Electronic Navigation, and Passage planning that you will need to great job.

The course is CD based with a facility to print any section. It is greatly enhanced by over 70 animations. The course is structured in a logical manner and has exercises to check your learning. Complete with Navigation Tools (Dividers and Plotting Instrument).
