Module 6 Course to steer to counteract the current
Module 7 Pilotage lights and buoyage
Module 8 Electronic navigation
Module 9 Meteorology
Module 10 Passage planning
Module 11 Collision regulations
Module 12 Safety and Seamanship
Final examinations

Personal Tutor

The student will have their own personal tutor with whom they will send in 4 Tutor Marked Assessments, during the course, followed by three final examinations. The tutor is available by E-mail or telephone for consultation if required.

Time to Complete

Approximately 50 hours in your own time and pace, at home or anywhere in the world.

Previous knowledge

Day Skipper Theory is essential before embarking on this course.
